Tampa Lax Report is ready to get the 2019 lacrosse season started with site updates, new teams competing in districts 15 and 17, a few coaching changes, and plenty of district rankings and top players to announce.
The big stuff starts happening on Monday, January 28th as we publish our 25 Boys Players to Watch for 2019. We will publish 5 a day for the week. The 25 Girls Players to Watch will be published on Monday, February 4th. The rest of that week will be filled with our previews and rankings for districts 14, 15, 16, and 17.
The final preseason nugget will drop on Friday, February 15th. That’s when Tampa Lax Report will give you our Preseason Top 10 Boys and Girls Polls. We are currently looking at Coach Survey results from area coaches as well as combing through our notes from rosters and games from the 2018 season to make sure we provide our readers with the most complete analysis of districts 14-17 available anywhere.
The FHSAA mandated first game day is Monday, February 18th.
