Week 6 Players of the Week

It is rare that we give out ties for Player of the Week (I think we’ve done it twice, maybe?), but it was very hard to select just one player between Steinbrenner’s Avery Kamuf and Cardinal Mooney’s Jacob Brown. Congratulations to both players as well as our girls winner, Sophia Pyne.

Avery Kamuf / Steinbrenner – Avery booked 11 goals, 6 assists, 2 ground balls, and 4 caused turnovers against Mitchell, Alonso, and Wiregrass. Big stats from big games!
Jacob Brown / Cardinal Mooney – Mooney’s sophomore goalie made 32 saves against Community School of Naples and Plant. That works out to a very impressive .627 save percentage against tough opponents.
